The Wisconsin Community Education Association has three designated state Regions. Each Region is responsible for the development of community education within those areas. The three Regions are:
Northern Region – Also called the Indianhead Community Education Planning and Assessment Council, ICEPAC, is comprised of the state’s Northwestern counties.
Lighthouse Region – incorporates Wisconsin’s Northeastern counties
Southern Region – includes all counties South of the Lighthouse and ICEPAC regions
